The Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM) is a certification awarded by the Department of Skills Development (JPK), Ministry of Human Resources, for skills programs offered by selected Training Providers or "Accredited Centers," whether public or private. Each level and stage within the SKM reflects recognition of an individual's competency and knowledge level in a particular skill area
